Caretaking
Our caretaking services provide comprehensive support for your property while you're away. We conduct meticulous weekly inspections, both inside and out, to ensure your home is well-maintained and secure. If you rent your home during the summer, we're on call for any necessary services. We'll also winterize your home in the off-season and prepare it for your return. If any repairs are needed while you're off-island, we'll coordinate and oversee all the work.
Project Management
With experience as a supervisor for new construction, extensive renovations, and interior remodeling projects, I'm equipped to manage your home repair project efficiently and effectively. Whether it's a small repair or a larger project, I have established relationships with trusted and skilled tradespeople. My hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed to your specifications, on time, and within budget.

ABOUT
Originally from New Jersey, Michael moved to Nantucket from Colorado in 1990 and has lived on island year-round ever since. Working predominantly in the restaurant industry at 21 Federal, American Seasons, and most recently as owner/chef of Dune Restaurant, during the off-season, he has worked with island caretakers and carpenters. He is an avid skier and enjoys spending Sundays with wife Lisa on Coteau.
